From 12–15 May 2025, students from Croatia and Portugal participated in the first EcoCraft mobility, “Cultural Gastronomy Harmony: Savor, Share, and Sustain”, hosted in Faro.
To better understand the impact of this experience, all participants completed an evaluation questionnaire. The aim was to measure their learning outcomes, satisfaction with the activities, and overall impressions of the mobility.
