The first project team meeting before the activity in Ilok was held on 22 August 2025. Representatives of all partner schools participated: Srednja škola Ilok (HR), Agronomska škola Zagreb (HR), and Agrupamento de Escolas Pinheiro e Rosa (PT).
Key topics of the meeting included:
- confirmation of mobility dates (Ilok, 16–19 October 2025, arrival on 15 October),
- organization of travel and the option of joint bus rental,
- proposals for accommodation and meals,
- defining the number of participants and activities,
- administrative issues related to the mobility notification and reporting.
The partners also agreed on a draft mobility programme in Ilok:
- workshops on bioenzymes and ecological packaging,
- apple juice production,
- creation of promotional brochures,
- study visits to wineries, farms, and laboratories,
- cultural and educational excursions to Vukovar and Osijek.
Additionally, the final dinner and promotion of local products were discussed, as well as the inclusion of the local community through workshops and visits.
